Authors Guidelines
An abstract is a concise summary of your proposed paper, highlighting the purpose, methodology, key findings (or expected outcomes), and significance of the study. It should enable reviewers to understand the relevance and quality of your work.
Requirements:
- Maximum 300 words
- Include 3–5 keywords
- Clearly state the objective, methodology, key findings, and recommendations
- Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format
The full paper presents your complete research, case study, policy analysis, or field experience in detail. It should provide evidence-based findings, discussion, and practical recommendations relevant to the Summit theme.
Requirements:
- 3,000–6,000 words
- Include title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, findings, discussion, conclusion, and references
- Use APA (7th Edition) referencing style
- Submit in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format
A research poster is a visual presentation that summarizes your work using concise text, graphics, charts, photographs, and illustrations. Poster presentations allow authors to discuss their work interactively with delegates during the Summit.
Requirements:
- Poster size: A0 (Portrait – 841 mm × 1189 mm)
- Include title, author(s), affiliation(s), introduction, objectives, methodology, key findings, conclusions, and contact information
- Use clear visuals and minimal text for easy readability
- Accepted formats: PDF (for submission) and high-resolution print-ready version for display
